Step 3. Finalize Your Membership

Minimum $10 required: $5 for Membership in Partners and at least $5 to fund your Primary Savings Account.
Minimum $35 required: $5 for Membership in Partners, plus at least $30 to fund your accounts ($5 for Primary Savings and $25 for Checking)
By clicking submit and providing your SSN both the primary and joint applicants agree and authorize PFCU to obtain consumer reports or other credit info in connection with this application.

I hereby make application for membership in and agree to be bound by the bylaws, regulations, policies, and rules and any amendments thereof of PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. By signing this application, I acknowledge receipt of and agree to the terms, conditions, rates, and fees established by the Credit Union as stated in the Credit Union’s Truth in Savings Agreement and Disclosure, the Electronic Fund Transfer Agreement and Disclosure, Schedule of Fees, Funds Availability Policy, Overdraft Notice, and all other disclosures provided at account opening, as may be amended from time to time, each of which is incorporated in this application by reference. I understand that if the information I have provided cannot be verified, my membership may be terminated by the Credit Union. I acknowledge and agree that the signature(s) below control the ownership of all accounts classified as “sub accounts” under this membership. I agree that the terms of this membership application and the accompanying disclosures constitute a contract between Partners Federal Credit Union and me, subject to applicable state and federal laws and the Uniform Commercial Code.

Please note that our account opening agreement/disclosure contains an arbitration clause and class action waiver. You can find these terms located in the Truth in Savings Agreement and Disclosure on Pages 1-2 in the Arbitration Agreement and Waiver of Class Action section.

Certification - I certify under penalty of perjury that all information provided on this form is true, correct, and complete.

I authorize the Credit Union to obtain consumer and credit reports and to contact and inquire of my references and my employer(s) past, present, and future. I authorize the Credit Union to furnish information concerning my account and my payment history with Partners to credit reporting agencies. I authorize the Credit Union to pay any overdraft items and any owed fees for Credit Union services from funds subsequently deposited into my account.
